Absolutely the best Pizza I had for a long time. Just a little place, but it was busy. Also have awesome gelato. We had the dough rolled out thinner, which made a nice crispy crust. I always order extra sauce for extra flavor.

Calzone was awesome, pops got the mains street sub, and mom got a personal pizza. All dishes were extremely good and the portions were HUGE!!!! Definitely would eat here again.

This is our 'must stop' place on an annual trip to Spirit Lake. The pizza is outstanding and I have to say it is refreshing to see such a great place in a small town.

Real good little pizza joint, My family and I come up here every summer and always eat here two or three times. Nice to spend the whole day on the lake then stop by and sit on the patio with a pitcher of beer and some real good pizza.

We really enjoyed the pizza. We had bacon and hamburger. It was a good freshly made crust, back home we would call it hand tossed. It was busy, but well worth the wait. The staff was nice, the place was clean. I would eat there again.

We love 4th & Main. In fact we just ordered take out from them tonight (2-20-2012). Although I don't think they have "Amazing" pizza, I will say it's always either good, or great depending on the night. We order from them all the time and have never had a bad taste or experience. They also make cheese filled breadsticks that are a family favorite. For dessert they make home-made gelato icecream. They have an enormous selection of flavors that are available on rotation. Usually they always have at least 6 flavors at a time to choose from. Our favorites are the huckleberry cheesecake and the coconut custard flavors. Num. The family who runs it have always been very kind. We think Spirit Lake is blessed to have this place.

Small town restaurant so what should I expect. Well, the pizza was actually very good. We ordered two large pies for our group and everyone loved the pizza and all of the ingredients. Crust was thin, toppings generous and price reasonable. A great place for a casual meal in a very small lakeside town.

There are limited choices for pizza in Spirit Lake. In fact for many years the only choice were the frozen reheated pizzas at the Linger Longer Lounge, that or drive 25 miles to Coeur d'Alene to Papa Murphy's. In any case, the only problem with this place is... the pizza is just not very good. 4th and Main has a very home made feeling, the decore is nothing special but attempts at replicating your average pizza place feeling. As I said the pizza, is so-so, and uninspiring, even when compared to other pizza places of the same level, it is cheese on dough, with other things thrown in, some fresh, some from a cah (mushrooms). I can also compare 4th and main pizza, to the old "pig-out pizza" which was the pizza place 4th and main bought out. Pig-out was strangely out of this world, the owner, a stay at home mom, turned purveyor of pizza, made some of the most basic cheesy, tasty simply wonderful pizza I have ever tasted. No pretension, in fact in many respects the best part was she was so unaware of how good her pizza was. Ah 4th and main, may have the building, but it doesn't have the heart.

Trips to the lake always include a trip a Maine Street Pizza in Spirit Lake. This is a place that everyone in the family can agree on going to. The Grandparents like it, the parents like it and the kids like it. You cant go wrong on this place. The Pizza is great.
